Una facciata di un palazzo, colorata di verde, tuttavia, ha attirato la mia attenzione...eh si..erano le vetrine Versace che da tema blu sono passate a tema verde acido!
(trans.) Today i was walking in Montenapoleone street, really bored for the few changes that i saw in the arrangements inside shopping street windows. Suddenly i paid attention to a colored building facade...and it was the facade of Versace shop in acid green theme!
Partendo da questo esempio posso parlare di una delle tecnologie più costose che si utilizza per avere degli effetti di luce straordinari e che aderisce completamente alla superficie su cui è posizionata: gli stip LED. Le strisce luminose sono composte da file di LED morbidissime che hanno un lato adesivo 8come un bioadesivo) e che possono essere applicate come uno scotch sulla superficie desiderata. La loro luce è pari a quella dei LED e possiamo tutti comprendere la potenzialità della tecnologia: poco spazio, grande resa, grande durata delle luci e bassissimo assorbimento energetico. Esistono di tutti i colori e dimensioni (strisce più strette come in questo caso come strisce più larghe).
Perché costosa...beh fate conto che 1 metro lineare di questo materiale viene a costare dai 100 € in su.
(trans.) Starting from this example i can explain one of the most expensive technologies that is used for amazing lighting effects. This kind of light adheres completely to the surface on which it is positioned: this is called strip LED. The light strips are made by soft LED lines that have a sticky side on the back. This side is positioned on the surface to cover with light. The light is the same of a normal LED and everyone can understand this light technological potential: few space, big lights yield and a really small absorbing. There are lots of colors and dimensions ( small and large strips). Why is it expensive?...well you have to consider that 1 linear meter of this material costs up to 100 €.
Come potete vedere dalle foto lo strip LED crea dei veri e propri bordi luminosi (come in questa vetrina di Versace). Tuttavia possono essere utilizzati sul retro di una superficie, distaccata dal muro, per creare una luce perimetrale che segue una sagoma curva...come una mucca! (sfilata moda uomo Etro)
(trans.) As you can see the stip LED creates cool light edges (like in this Versace shop windows). But they can be used like backlight in a surface, separated from a wall. In this way is possible to create a curved light silhouette...like a cow! (Etro men fashion show)
