INTERASHION: EVENTO MARCHON WILDE EYES: QUANDO L'ALLESTIMENTO ACCAREZZA LA LOCATION / MARCHON, WILDE EYES EVENT: WHEN THE LOCATION IS STROKED GENTLY BY THE SET UP

Un evento Ex-tempore, in collaborazione con Vogue Italia, che non ha avuto nulla da invidiare ai passati eventi della settimana della moda milanese.

Palazzo Clerici, un gioiello edificato nel 1600 a Milano e rimodernato nel 1700 grazie ad un intervento del Tiepolo nella Galleria di rappresentanza, è la cornice nel quale vengono inserite delle cornici dal gusto minimal-chic.

Lo spazio viene curato dall'esterno all'interno: inserite nel cortile e nello scalone d'ingresso delle lanterne color metallo richiamano la cromia delle strutture di stativi che compongono i mini-set delle foto esposte. Gli elementi allestitivi, rifunzionalizzati per sorreggere le stampe, sono presi in prestito dal mondo della fotografia. Non manca l'elemento dello stativo come luce vera e propria per l'illuminazione diretta della stampa.

Dopo aver superato lo scalone principale un ingresso teatrale fa da premessa alle stanze: un vero e proprio percorso, segnato da una passerella rossa, è scandito da luci di stativi in sequenza che dolcemente riflettono le ombre nella sala d'entrata; sicuramente d'effetto.

Palazzo Clerici, a jewel built in 1600 in Milan and then modernized in 1700 by Tiepolo with a painting in Galleria di rappresentanza, is the perfect setting in which are collocated minimal-chic frames.

The arrangement is present in exterior and interior parts: some lanterns are positioned in the court and in the entrance grand staircase and its color reminds the same color of the lamp stands used to expose the prints. These stands are used to create mini set into the space and even like lights to illuminate pictures.

After the grand staircase there is a beautiful entrance with red carpet and lamp stands that light softly the suggestive hall; it was cool.

L'allestimento si racconta da solo: le strutture si adagiano nello spazio senza invaderlo né intaccandone la bellezza e, allo stesso tempo, le stampe di Marchon non vengono sminuite dall'imponente architettura dello spazio. Un sapiente gioco tra contenuto/contenitore che si fa forte di alcuni concetti come la serialità, la leggerezza e il contesto.

Tutto ciò mi ricorda il famoso architetto/designer&set designer Franco Albini ripreso in chiave contemporanea. Riporto qui due motti che aveva lanciato in una sua intervista che, a mio avviso, bene si legano a questo tipo allestimento:

"fare tanto con poco"

"assoluta complicità tra storia e presente"

At the same time the Marchon prints are not belittled by the imposing building rooms. A smart connection between content (the set up) and bin (Palazzo Clerici): the scene is made by strong concepts like repetition, lightness and the space.

This set up reminds the famous architect&designer/set designer Franco Albini that is regained in a contemporary mood. Here there are two slogans that he said in one of his interviews...i think that these sentences are strongly connected with this kind of arrangement:

"doing a lot with not much"

" absolut complicity between history and present"
